The staff at Dr. Otto's office are incredible. I've never had to wait for very long either with regular appointments or when getting my allergy shots. Dr. Otto has always listened to my concerns, and addressed them, never making me feel silly for asking (what I think is a dumb) question. I cannot say how wonderful I love everyone at this office.
