I came to Dr. Grande after experiencing back stiffness and aching, neck stiffness and headaches. Every time I would breath I felt like my back had to be cracked. It was also very difficult to sit up straight because my back was stiff. I would have headaches at least twice a week. I came Dr. Grande after being so fed up with the aching and stiffness. I felt immediate results after my first visit! He was great about explaining my pain and creating a treatment plan.
