“Thank you for being so understanding”

I came in for a regular 6-month checkup and tests. Unfortunately I had just received very difficult news about a family member with a terminal illness, and I was very sad and emotional about it. Dr Rubenstein and all the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. I was embarrassed to be crying, and they took the time to make me feel ok. Sometimes, what matters most in a doctor is simple empathy as a fellow human. I thank Dr. Rubinstein & her staff for offering empathetic words in a moment when I needed it, and for caring about me as a person, not just as a body part. :)

“Dr. Rubinstein is the best ophthalmologist!!”

Dr. Rubinstein is an expert ophthalmologist who is committed to providing the best care, attention and outcome for her patients. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to address all of your concerns. I highly recommend her for all of your eye care needs. Dr. Rubinstein is the best ophthalmologist in NYC!!

“Great visit with Dr.Rubinstein.”

Dr.Rubinstekn was very attentive and thorough during my visit. Showed interest in my worries and questions during my visit. Her staff was very helpful and friendly from beginning to the end of my visit. If you are looking for an ophthalmologist to trust your eyes with , I would say Dr.Rubinstein is the one! Thanks Doctor!!!
