she is a very sincere and caring person. she knows her job very well and she makes you feel comfortable at your appointments, does not keep you waiting, does not get distracted by other things, or try to rush you out of her office, she knows you personally not like some where you go into the office and they cannot remember anything about you. if you have not been in contact in awhile she will contact you to see if things are okay. she is a very fine person!
