“At First I Was Afraid... ”

Let me begin by saying I've always been afraid of going to the dentist but my first visit to Dr. Soga's office changed everything. My first visit included x-rays and a deep cleaning. I expected to be in pain but thanks to the numbing gel they put on my gums, things were bearable. Once everything was finished, I was given a consultation and a treatment plan. I had a ton of questions as this was my first time seeing a dentist in about 6 years. At the end of my visit I was well informed and confident that I made the right choice by coming here.

Beyond excellent care by Dr. Soga and her staff, the office is also efficient. But one story says it all. Once when I was having trouble, Dr. Soga actually gave me her mobile number so I could reach her over the weekend if the problem persisted. When I contacted her, she offered to come in on her day off, which I told her would be unnecessary because I could wait until Monday. Now THAT'S service!
