“Magic hands!!! Dr. Chris actively listens and deeply cares about his patients.”

Dr. Chris is an absolute wizard, he is able to pin-point exactly the right spots to help loosen tight muscles and work out stiffness. It's incredible. I feel so much looser and comfortable afterward. Working with him has made an incredible difference in my pain management after hurting my back in a car accident. He makes sure to explain everything clearly and in detail, and I trust him completely. He genuinely cares and strives to keep his patients feeling positive and determined. I cannot thank him enough for the difference he has made in my healing journey. 10 out of 10!

“It was nice to have some one so careful and concerned with my well being.”

During my time here I had a lot of fun. That is not to say that it was not helpful, even though most of the exercises were fun they still helped me get better. Dr. Chris was very nice and seemed like he actually cared how I was doing and what caused me pain and what didn't.

“An amazingly efficacious recovery process.”

Dr. Faber provided a diagnosis that accurately addressed a reoccurring shoulder problem. Through educating me on the problem and giving exercises that target the afflicted regions, I improved and healed over a ten week period. Being able to resume sports again is a blessing and I wouldn't have asked for any other doctors and physical therapists than at NJ Spine and Wellness.

“A one stop shop to feel better!”

Everyone at the Old Bridge location is amazing. I walked in doing years of physical therapy at other locations and had a similar thought of I'll get better but it won't be great. Well I was blown away. Dr. Mike does an amazing job of listening to your needs and helping you push yourself. All of the athletic assistants are amazing too. Niko was always there to make sure I left sweating while informing me about all of my exercises. Hannah, Liz, Chuck and Chester are all great too- delivering you challenges with a smile! You walk in here in pain and leave pain free but better yet part of their family. They all care about your well being, progress and even life outside of NJSW. This place is my new home and I'm so happy I found them.

Dr Mike has helped me extensively with my dizziness issues and teaching me that it's not just one thing causing the issue. I've learned that my balance issue is caused by multiple things and we are working on all of them. I have had significant improvement in just the few weeks I've been seeing him.

“I came in with pain, and now I have none”

I came in to see Dr. Tony and Dr. Mike for pain in my neck going into my arm and since I've been working with them, I feel completely better. The pain I had does not bother me anymore and I'm back to doing all the things I couldnt because of my pain.

“Amazing Chiropractor!”

I came in with lower back pain and upper neck pain that had been going on for a while. I was starting to lose hope that I would be able to live without pain, but Dr. Tony was able to help me. In less than one month, my pain has disappeared and I'm able to go back to doing the things that I enjoy without having to worry about pain. He's a literal miracle worker! I'm thrilled with my results and I would recommend him to anyone.

Being a group fitness instructor and personal trainer I needed someone who understood my line of work and helped me rehabilitate, not work me out. Chris took the time to evaluate my strong and week areas and the areas we focused not only made my knee feel better , it improved my athletic performance. The floor staff is amazing. Every single one of them kept me moving and helped move me along.

I came in with back neck and knee discomfort. I was having trouble walking without feeling like my legs were going to give out. I spent a lot of 1 on 1 time with Justin, and he, Dennis, Hannah, and Chester were able to develop an exercise plan that was specific to my needs. I made incredible improvements in strength and function in 1 months time. This staff is attentive, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I knew they existed when I was in high school, so I could have prevented a lot of issues!

“Was the PT experience I was looking for.”

From the first meeting, I felt that Maria was so knowledgeable and very understanding and was very impressed. Had PT before at another facility and definitely believe this is a better experience. I enjoy the different exercises for therapy- the variety makes it more enjoyable coming a few times a week.
