“Amazing therapist!!”
Sarah is an amazing therapist.
She helped me turn my life around when I had a deep postpartum depression and I was borderline suicidal. She helped me get through it and taught me many different strategies on how to win over the depression, as well as tools for life. I owe Sarah my life. She's not out to keep you as a long-term client . Her whole goal is to get you feeling better and on your own 2 feet.She expects you to practice the tools she's taught you, as you are the only one who can make actual changes, She's full of caring and empathy. She was just perfect for me - tough love is what I call it.
