“I like Lorelei, not her office though”
I have gone to Lorelei for a number of years. She takes time with me, makes correct diagnoses, and is kind and gentle. However, her office is not as competent. They always put me on hold when I call and are not prompt in returning calls or getting lab results back to me. I wish she were in a differnet office!
