“30 years old Mother of 2”
I am 30 years old and I had 2 c-sections. Since then I've had severe lower back pain but after working with Debra she taught me how to improve my posture and now I can sit, stand and walk without pain. With her expertise and clinical knowledge I also learned how to exercise properly and finally lift my kids with ease. I also don't have to take pain meds any longer and I am finally back to myself again thanks to her tremendous efforts!! This was an educational experience and I am truly grateful. She is the BEST!!!!!!!! Love you Debs . Thank you.
