“Liked this NP better than doctor”
not only really connected on a sincere caring level, but was very smart and took the time to be sure I understood everything. She even called my daughter for me to be sure she got the whole picture about what is going on with me. The doctor never did all that. Now I hear she wrote a book for patients.
