“Confident”

I couldn't be more pleased with my whole experience with Dr. Burns and his staff. He is meticulous in every way. He offered various approaches to my problems. I have bone issues and will need a sinus lift. I feel confident in continuing with him. He seems very ethical and his staff is more than cordial. I encourage any dentist reading this to refer your patients to Dr. Burns. For dental work, it has been a pleasant experience!

“Best”

I have been to Geist Oral & Facial Surgery several times over the past 10 years, from wisdom teeth being removed and a couple teeth being extracted. So when I had a front tooth that had fractured on me, I didn't hesitate to call Dr. Burns and make an appointment. Dr. Burns talked to me about a dental implant and the pros and cons of having it done. I decided to go with the implant, and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Burns is the best Oral Surgeon in my book and I wouldn't go to anyone else. His staff is awesome!! They make you feel right at home and like you are part of the family. I can't say enough about everyone at Geist Oral & Facial Surgery, they are the best at what they do!!

“Professional”

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed last friday by Dr. Burns and i would recommend him to anyone! He has a fantastic staff, I absolutely love Diane, Jane and Jennifer! They were all so very kind to me and made me feel like an important and valued patient. I could not say enough kind things about these women who put my mind at ease and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I could have been very scared and nervous but I wasn't even given the opportunity; as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted warmly and it was like I wasn't even at a dental office! Dr. Burns was prompt and very caring; he took into consideration the fact that I am pregnant and consultation was made with my OB. He is very professional and nice, and he answered all of my questions. While I was recovering from surgery he even took the time to talk to my father, who was driving me home, and actually got my father to think about getting his teeth worked on too, which is quite a feat! My dad hates the dentist lol! The day of my surgery after I returned home, Dr. Burns himself called me to make sure I was doing ok, and the office called me a few days later to be sure I was healing fine and didn't have any questions. I have never experienced such care from a health care provider and it was a pleasant change! I would refer anyone to this office if they need work done; the staff is amazing and Dr. Burns is extremely knowledgeable and good at what he does.
