“Poor Staff”
I do not recommend Monarch Health. I like Dana Harmon. But because of staff issues I am finding another family Dr. They cannot be counted on to return calls, get prescription refills and are anything but courteous. There are many other poor reviews of Monarch Health. The reviews about long wait times, to me, aren't totally justified. Because Dana did spend time with me on my visits. On my last discussion with Dana she said that I was the 5th person to complain today. Enough said.
