“I can now feel my feet again for the firs time in 10 years”

From the front desk staff to everyone else who interacted with me, I felt the care and concern! I was nervous and crying (I thought I was too dehydrated and they wouldn't do the procedure) and they reassured me, comforted me and waited for me to calm down before taking me to the back.
