1) Heaviness in my legs: about 2 years ago I felt swelling changes in my legs.They felt tired after standing for long periods at a time. Gradually I noticed the heaviness and sensation of weakness while walking. I would trip on steps, because I didn't lift up my leg high enough. Knowingly, I was aware of the steps, and I still fell more than once. I thought "what the heck is going on with me?" It felt like my brain and legs were not in sync. BUT NOW- I can definitely tell the difference and improvement!
2) Leg spasms- excruciating cramps are gone now!
3) Varicose veins- look significantly better
