“Neck Pain Gone!”

I was having severe neck pain along a very limited range of motion in my neck. I had to turn my whole body to look side to side instead of just turning my neck. After only two treatments by Dr. Jamy Antoine, the pain was gone and my range of motion increased tremendously. I am well on my way to a full recovery!

“Lower back and leg pain.”

I have had back issues since 1993 at that time I had back surgery a laminectomy. I was able to return to work with restrictions and never to be 100% again. As the years went along my back slowly deteriorated causing me more and more pain. Last year my Doctor had me get an MRI on my spine. It shows 4 herniated discs and two areas that were pinching the nerves to my legs. The regular surgeons suggested Physical therapy and most likely surgery. The PT that I have been to and had been doing since my surgery now was causing more pain. I seen the add in the paper for The Minnesota disc institute and my wife and I decided to check it out. I was more then skeptical that this could work. My wife convinced me to give it a try at this point I had nothing to loose so I did. I am at about 14 weeks since I started the disc rebuilding at TDI. I am now able to sleep at night drive with no pain. My back has not felt this good in more then 20 years I recommend anyone with any spinal pain give this a try.

“Highly Recommend”

I had been having severe back pain for 6 months. I was not able to exercise, walk more than a block or two and sleeping at night was very difficult. I finally made an appointment with my medical Dr. She ordered an MRI which revealed I had four herniated discs. I made an appointment to see Dr. Jamy at the Disc Institute as I did not want to do the recommended treatment through my medical Dr. which was spinal injections. I wanted to treat the root problem not just the symptoms. Dr. Jamy started me on a 12 week treatment program. I am now in my 10th week of treatment and I have been steadily improving. I am excited to see even more progress in the next two weeks. I am now able to resume light exercising, walk each night without pain, and the best part is, I am able to get a full night's rest!
I would highly recommend Dr. Jamy. He and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and a top notch facility.

“I highly recommend this clinic!”

I am 100% pain free, after having endured excruciating sciatic nerve pain and lower back pain due to herniated discs. I had tried many therapies, none of which provided relief. This did the trick and I am so thankful to have discovered Dr. Antoine and his great staff.

“Excellent!”

I'm done!! Woo hoo! I have recently completed my treatment with the Minnesota Disc Institute and wow, what a difference a few short weeks makes. Especially when considering the years of suffering and excruciating pain that I lived with. I had quite the pain in the neck...yes, you read that correctly...and now my pain is gone. not only can I function without pain, I can turn my head. I can't say enough about the feeling I now have...the feeling of being pain free!

“Excellent Results Pain Free”

I have suffered with severe neck pain from 6 bulging discs and bone spurs in my neck for over 20 years. I tried every traditional medicine and holistic therapy out there, but it just kept getting worse over the years. I wanted a "root cause" solution that didn't involve surgery, as I 'd heard that doesn't work long term anyway. Dr Antoine has developed a process that is brilliantly simple, and non-invasive. I was beyond skeptical at the start. I am pleased to say now after 3 months of treatment this has reduced my pain level about 90% from where I was before. I have so much more energy now that I'm not dealing with chronic pain anymore. I can be as active as I want to, and I sleep well. This is amazing, really. It's like being released from the pain cycle-and I'm very grateful to have found a real solution at last.

“Lower Back Pain”

I have been experiencing severe lower back pain for almost 10 years as a result of herniated and bulging discs. I have tried multiple means of treatments over the years to eliminate/minimize the pain I experience on a daily basis. I have now completed roughly 3/4 of my treatment plan with The Disc Institute and am excited to share that I am 90-95% pain free. I started feeling results as soon as 3 weeks into treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Jamy Antoine, his staff and The Disc Institute to anyone with back, or neck pain looking to avoid surgery and get results!

“Highly Recommend”

My wife had been having severe pain for several months. She was not able to do simple daily activities, walk more than a block,, and sleeping at night was very difficult. She did not want to do spinal injections as they would only address the symptoms and not the root cause of the pain. She heard about Dr. Antoine's treatment and decided to make an appointment. She is in her 11th week of a 12 week treatment program and there has been a significant improvement. She is able to walk a mile with no pain, sleep through the night and enjoy gardening once again.
I would highly recommend Dr. Antoine's treatment program.

“Miracle worker”

I am 51 years old. I have had back problems for some 20 years. I was diagnosed in the early stages with stenosis. I have been there, done that. PT, shots, muscle relaxers, chiropractor adjustments, which all would help, but never solve the problem. My pains would come and go, most of the times lasting for a week or two, and then Ok again. This last bout was totally different for me. My right side was in complete pain. So much pain, I could not lift my foot to dress myself, wash myself, or even walk decent, without major pain. This time, it stayed way longer than in the past, which was really putting a crush on my lifestyle, including attitude. Of course, I thought my only option would be surgery, which I was only going to do as the last resort, knowing full well it had a 50/50 chance of working. Then I heard the radio ad for The Disc Institute. I procrastinated, as I always do, but finally called. The courteous staff on the other end of the line, gave me the steps needed. First, a current MRI, then the 3 free consultations, the third being with Dr. Antoine. Now I never believed in D.C.’s before, but Dr. Antoine was different. He explained, and showed, exactly what was wrong, what a normal spine looks like comparatively, and what my issues were. I was floored by what he told and showed me, 7 bulges, 3 herniated discs, multiple fissures, stenosis, all which lead to numerous pinched nerves, as well as, hardly any fluid in any of my discs. He told me the plan for me and after 12 weeks of therapy, 4 times a week, I am completely pain free! Do you know how good it feels to say that? I am a big believer of the Disc Institute method and would highly recommend Dr. Antoine and his professional crew!
