Dr. Ledermann has been so çompetent, caring, understanding, and generous. She has been one of the kindest practitioners that I have ever met. My appliance did
not work out for me because I became sensitive to some of the materials in it so I could no longer wear it. She has been generous by offering me a new appliance free of charge.
