“Put me at ease”

Always scary to have a biopsy but Dr. Palmer put me at ease as did his team. It was less painful than the 6 previous ones I've had. He was fantastic with me@

“Quick and painless”

Dr. Palmer, was very good, I felt no pain, he explained the procedure and the steps he was taking, the nurses in the room were very friendly and comforting.
