“5 Star Experience”

Dr. Hoffler performed surgery on my arm to repair a fractured distal radius. He made me feel at ease during pre-op, aptly listened/responded to my questions as well as clearly explained the surgical procedure.
I continued to see Dr. Hoffler for all post-op care at The Hand Institute. His staff are pleasant and efficient and my visits have been a positive experience. Dr. Hoffler is a highly skilled surgeon and a wonderful person and I am grateful for his expert repair of my arm.

“I felt like I was in good hands - and I was!”

After having torn a ligament in my wrist, I was relieved to find a hand specialist that was personable and knowledgeable. Dr Hoffler took the time to discuss all my options and made sure I understood exactly what to expect before, during, and after a complicated surgery. It’s been 5 months since the surgery and just completed my final check up with Dr Hoffler. For me, it was completely worth driving from Key West to Miami. I highly recommend The Hand Institute

“Extraordinarily professional and personable staff, and Dsurgeon.”

Dr. Cappelleti is very detailed and knowledgeable. He has a sense of urgency with his patients’ ailments and covers all the bases and the patient’s questions thoroughly and in layman’s terms. When a personal emergency happened to me, he sent me to the hospital immediately and performed successful surgery the next day. He correctly prescribed the post-surgery daily treatments, which with all of the above, literally saved my life from a strong staff infection in my system. I cannot recommend nor compliment him highly enough!

From the very first visit, I felt that Dr. Cappelleti understood what I was going thru and the pain I was feeling. He was very personable, compassionate and understanding and quickly took action to resolve my problem. After initial treatment, surgery was needed and it was seamless! It was an Excellent process/experience from the moment I walked in to when I left. I highly recommend Dr. Cappelletti for anyone experiencing hand and upper extremity problems. He is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon!!

Very little wait time, booth in the general waiting area and in the examination room, even the x-ray was done really fast. My appointment was at 8:30 AM, left their offices at 9:15 AM. Dr Hoffler, was kind, professional and with good common sense.

I had a traumatic fingertip amputation. Dr. Hoffler performed my surgery. From the start, he assured me his goal was to have my finger resemble a finger as much as possible. Dr. Hoffler did just that with his " bag of tricks" ( his words). I am in awe of his professionalism, intelligence, and his kindness. My experience has been excellent, yes at times there is await, but it is worth it when you know Dr Hoffler is attentive to his patients and will answer all your questions. Dr. Hoffler in my opinion is an excellent surgeon and wonderful human being.

Dr Cappelleta is a skilled hand surgeon. He listened carefully to my complaints/concerns of pain and discomfort and offered to repair the site and grant relief. He exceeded my expectations and I am super happy to experience his skills and professionalism. My now healed incision site appears so neat that it’s hard to tell that there was an interruption of the site which looks like a thin line mark.
I appreciate Dr Cappelleti he is very caring.

To start my experience off I was greeted kindly by the whole front desk. One person in the front especially stood out to me, the gentleman with the twists in his hair, he is super fabulous and had many words of encouragement for me in a difficult time not even related to my injury. Followed by the excellent care and concern from the doctor I saw who put a cast on and even changed it when I said it smelled and it was not even 3 weeks
