Methodist Fremont Health Rehab and Physical Therapy provides outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Located on the northeast end of the first floor at Methodist Fremont Health in Fremont, Nebraska, all programs and services are coordinated with referring physicians to help patients reach their highest potential. In addition to therapy, we provide patients with appropriate education, evaluation and treatment, to help improve overall quality of life.
