“SCAM!”
My wife has an HMO and they tried to rip her off. The receptionist seems to be the expert telling what you need, Dr. Kajian just sees you for 5 minutes and says nothing. The price they charge is way above the price covered by the HMO and then they say rooting and scaling are OBLIGATORY to do fillings. Honestly, I am no dentist, but I have never heard such ridiculous thing (less from a receptionist). Finally, the prices you have from the insurance they say it is the price for Children or not updated, even if your insurance is new. THIS DENTIST IS A SCAM! I have a PPO and I go to the dentist above (Suite B220), he is really great, I have not been in the dentist for 2 years, he did a normal cleanup, MEASURED my gums (something Kalijan did not) and said I was great. Why Kalijian said rooting and scaling is obligatory for a filling, without measuring the gums? AVOID THIS DENTIST
