“Great Care and Service”
The MOSA office at Greenbelt/College Park was recommended to me by a close friend who had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Dawood. She raved about the care and treatment she got here, despite the general unpleasantness of the procedure. After shopping around for an oral surgeon who seemed reputable and took my insurance, her recommendation helped me make my decision. Although I asked for Dr. Dawood, I saw Dr. Mary C. Robinson, who was delightful. Everyone, from the lady at front desk (who saved me when I forgot to bring both my referral and my xrays, and who got on the phone with my regular dentist and got them to send both over in record time!) to the nurses to Dr. Robinson and her surgical assistant were kind, attentive and helpful. The surgery itself was done with IV anesthesia, due to the complexity of the wisdom tooth removal and my anxiety around motorized dental equipment. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure, and was prescribed pain medication and prescription mouthwash that largely controlled my pain during recovering. Having your wisdom teeth removed is no fun, and even with insurance, it was pretty expensive, but compared to the horror stories I've heard, MOSA Greenbelt, Dr. Robinson and her whole team were worth it.
