“Absolutely the BEST massage therapist”
I've been seeing Maryann, 2-4 times a month, for almost a year now, after my doctor suggested massage therapy as part of a pain management plan. Maryann is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, she has a "strong but gentle" style, very aware of the amount of pressure she's applying and adjusts accordingly. I have never had a "painful" experience. She always has suggestions for stretches and exercises that help me from getting tight/ knotted muscles. I've recommended Maryann Tidwell to all my friends and family.
