I had a breast augmentation revision due to ruptured silicone implant, I was also contracted. My end result is so much more natural looking and feeling. The surgical experience was fantastic - "in-house" surgical center is so much more enjoyable and warm/comfortably feeling. Cannot recommend Dr Wigod and his staff more!

“I Finally Did It!”

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Wigod and his staff. First of all, the ladies who work in the office and the surgery center, are all friendly, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They all took extra time to answer questions and put me at ease.
Dr. Wigod is very serious about his craft. I do believe he considers himself an artist. His office is decorated with his photographs and artwork and he considers his surgeries to be the same. He isn't satisfied with average results. He was meticulous with measuring me, talking about several different types of implants, and making sure I chose what I wanted.
I am a 40 yr old woman who nursed 2 children. I live a very fit lifestyle and maintain a fairly low body fat percentage. Getting the right type of implant was very important to me. I was concerned about looking too "augmented". I have to say I am THRILLED with my results. My only regret is was waiting too long to go through with it! I should've done this years ago.
I am so happy I got a breast augmentation! I have extremely natural results and they fit my body perfectly. And I am more than happy with my choice to go with Dr. Wigod. I can't imagine a better surgeon or office. I would recommend Dr. Wigod and his staff to anyone!

“Attentive care and empathy”

Dr. Wigod set reasonable expectations that his surgery exceeded. I had read that adjusting a turned-upward nose tip could be harder than other types of rhinoplasty. It isn't as common as other adjustments. Nonetheless, it came out as well as my best hopes.

I appreciate that Dr. Wigod also recommended a chin implant, which I hadn't though of. That turned out to be a straightforward complement to the nose adjustments. I'm pleased with the results.

“Everyone was so great!”

Dr. Wigod was very professional. He and the whole staff made me feel so comfortable in a rather uncomfortable situation (who wants to show off their bust to anyone). The wait time was always so very short which I appreciated so so much. From first visit thru surgery and to last surgery, everyone was amazing. Dr. Wigod listened to my desires and the outcome was superb. I am so grateful I stuck with their office even though he told me I could go elsewhere to get insurance to pay for it because he believed they would. Appreciated everyone's kindness and they were great to laugh with me which helps me feel more comfortable.

“My experience COULD NOT have been better”

From the first time I stepped through the door of Dr. WIgod's office, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Wigod and his staff are an incredible team that is dedicated to ensuring that the patient experience is positive. I entered this process with more than a little trepidation, not to mention a bit of embarrassment that I was considering doing a cosmetic surgery for my own vanity. This team never made me feel uncomfortable. True, they are only paid when people undergo surgery, but it doesn't matter, they take their jobs seriously and always put the patient first. Money never seemed to be a motivator to any of them. From the initial greeting (they never even let me sit down in the lobby before I'm whisked off to a private room!) to the amount of time Dr. Wigod spends with me. Incredible. I simply cannot say enough good about my experience, and I haven't even mentioned my results. Amazing. I could not be happier. Because I was not born with the greatest genetics when it comes to fat storage, I have never been comfortable taking my shirt off in public. I always have had a lean body, but for some reason, no matter what I did, diet, exercise, nothing worked. I could never get rid of the belly. Now, because of Dr. Wigod's talent and skill, I cannot wait to take my shirt off and take my kids swimming.

If you are considering cosmetic surgery for any reason, consider having Dr. Wigod do it. If you have an experience like mine, you will never regret it.

“Beyond my expectations”

After much research, I chose to have Dr. Wigod and his team do my breast augmentation. This was something I wanted for a long time and wanted to find the right surgeon for me. Doctor Wigod made my experience as "painless" as possible. He was honest and very forthcoming with all of my options and assisted/directed me to exactly what I wanted. “Excellent! The whole staff is a reflection of Excellence!”

Started out with the warm and friendly office staff making me feel part of a family and welcomed me personally. Dr Wigod has excellent communication skills and made sure I understood is plan and he used his medical expertise. The surgery went without complications due to Dr Wigod's skill and attention to patient safety. His follow up was the best I have ever experienced in any medical office. Frequently having me come in to make sure my healing was going as planned. He made himself available at all time and made sure I knew he was monitoring my success carefully. His office staff is the best clinical staff and they also reflect the doctor's attention to excellence!

“Amazing Surgeon and Caring Staff!”

I had been considering breast augmentation for years, but was afraid of the surgery, and how I may look afterwards. “WONDERFUL surgeon and staff”

I interviewed several surgeons in the area and ultimately chose Dr. Wigod due to his knowledge and and wonderful staff. I quickly found that Dr. Wigod was most current on technology and knowledge. Other surgeons didn't listen and tried to encourage changes that I directly stated that I didn't want. Dr. Wigod LISTENED and offered an alternative to meet my needs 100%. I felt that Dr. Wigod was honest and up front and definitely under promised and over delivered. I have cried many happy tears and am so happy with my results. Post operative care has been great as well. I have always felt valued and not like "just another patient." 10/10 from me!

“Mastectomy reconstruction”

It's hard to put into words how thankful I am for Dr. Wigod and his entire office staff for the entire process of my mastectomy. Dr. Wigod implanted a tissue expander surgically after the oncology surgeon removed my breast tissue. Dr. Wigod and his staff were so kind during the expansion process. Ultimately the expander was replaced with a silicone implant and the result is fabulous. Much more natural looking and feeling than I ever expected could be possible. I am a truly happy patient and would highly recommend Dr. Wigod

“restored my natural prebaby look”

My result was somehow EXACTLY how i looked before loosing fullness from 2 pregnancies. My breasts are beautiful and look completely completely so natural, exactly the look I was after. “Feeling "whole"again!”

Feeling fortunate that invasive tumors were discovered in my right breast at a stage that allowed them to be removed by mastectomy with an outcome of low risk of future disease, l was, nevertheless, devastated by the disfigurement of the lost breast. i sought restoration of the breast by Dr. Wigod, who explained that radiation of the breast some years in the past meant that the restoration would be complicated and involve use of tissue and muscle from my back. He proceeded with the operations, taking every precaution to prevent any detriment to my overall health. He is well-respected by the hospital staff and they took care to follow his directives. He shows great empathy for his patients and i fully trusted his judgement and his superlative skill through the several-month process. The result is beyond my expectations!

Prior to arriving for my consultation I was apprehensive about following through with what has been a lifelong dream. “Breast Augmentation Review”

My experience with Dr. Wigod and his staff was outstanding! Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful throughout my pre and post-opp appointments. Before my augmentation, I was a 32A and am now a 32D. I went with silicone implants to achieve that more natural look and feel. They are perfectly proportionate to my 5' 4", 120 lb. body frame and look perky, but totally natural. I would highly recommend Dr. Wigod to anyone seeking a great experience and result!

“I feel better!”

I came to Dr Wigod with large breasts, back, neck, and shoulder pain. He gave me an assessment that the breasts were causing my pain. The doctor and his nurses walked me through the procedure and what would happen. I was given the choice of a nipple graft, which I chose. He told me the benefits. While getting ready for surgery, they were accomodating and allowed my aunt to observe. For surgery, the experience was very good and I am very satisfied with the results.

“Amazing staff will answer every question”

After going to three other doctors in the valley and being denied for approval due to lack of insurance requirements. Dr. Wigod's office was a refreshing surprise, his office staff was very on top of insurance as well as getting me into an office appointment. I was given an approval with in 2 weeks vs six months at the previous offices.

On top of that his office staff were amazing at answering all of my many questions and concerns. I would Highly recommend him as a surgeon and his staff.

“Helpful, friendly and very proffessional”

I visited another doctors office before seeing Dr Wigod. The first doctor I had met with brushed me off and basically treated me like a paycheck. Dr Wigod and his whole staff was helpful and very friendly. They walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions before and after the procedure. I am thankful that I found Dr Wigod and his people. It made things very easy and enjoyable. I appreciate all that they have done for me.

“Would highly recommend Dr. Wigod! A+ experience all around.”

I would highly recommend Dr. Wigod and his staff for your breast augmentation and any other plastic surgery services. I came to Dr. Wigod after receiving textured (recalled) Allergan implants seven years prior. On top of the recalled implants, I also had a capsule contracture on one breast, stage 4. Dr. Wigod and his staff were attentive and professional during the entire process including the pre-consultation, surgery and post-consult. Trust me when I say that I had A LOT of questions and concerns about the surgery, recall, healing process, etc. During surgery, Dr. Wigod determined that one of the breast implants had actually ruptured, much to our dismay! He used his professional experience and training to ensure that the surgery was completed with the upmost care. I am so happy with the new implants and I wish that I would have seen Dr. Wigod seven years ago, instead of someone else! I look forward to using Dr. Wigod again on all of my cosmetic surgery needs.

“I never dreamed I could look and feel so good!”

After having a healthy full term pregnancy, my body never returned to my pre-pregnant state despite exercise and maintaining a healthy weight. I sought out a plastic surgeon who had an artistic eye as well as impeccable skill. I found both with Dr. Wigod. He and his staff have made me feel heard and supported while always conducting themselves in a professional manner from the first visit through the post op checks.

I recently had an eye procedure done and can't express how happy I am with the end results. Dr. Wigod is an amazing doctor! He really took the time at each visit to listen to me and answer questions. He has great bedside manner and you can tell he cares a lot for his patients. He is good at what he does and I highly recommend him to anyone thinking about having any procedures done. I am no longer self-conscious of my eyes because of the work of Dr. Wigod and I cannot stress enough on how much relief that is in my everyday life. “Best Surgery Experience I've Ever Had”

I am giving Dr. Wigod a 5 out of 5 in every category. This was my THIRD breast reduction and first tummy tuck. After having 2 previous surgeries that weren't the best experiences, I was beyond hesitant to try a third time. Dr. Wigod and his staff took such good care of me during a 7 1/2 hour surgery and weeks of recovery. He is the best when it comes to reconstructive work. He really listened to what my desired results were and my results are outstanding. I am very balanced and level on my breasts and my tummy tuck went wonderful. “Great expectations & fabulous results!”

The thing that stood out the most when I first started working with Dr. Wigod is that he was telling me things that other surgeons I had visited with never mentioned. Dr. Wigod told me what to expect because of my body structure and was very clear on what my results would look like.
Oh was he right! My breast implants are fabulous and he was spot on with how they would look based on my body type. My tummy tuck and ab muscle restructuring had the most amazing results and you can hardly see my scars on either of my surgeries. I have seen the results of others who didn't go to Dr. Wigod, and let me just tell you, his talent is exceptional and I could not be happier!

“Gave Me Back My Nose”

Dr. Wigod is truly talented. My nose had been broken multiple times and I had two previous unsuccessful surgeries with other doctors in an attempt to return my breathing to normal. Dr Wigod and staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful - from scheduling and finance to nursing staff, everyone was top notch! “My Saving Grace”

I came to Dr. Wigod as a referral from a wound care clinic after I was left with two large open holes following an explant surgery with another surgeon. After over 6 months of infections, pain, lack of progress I was finally able to have my surgery with Dr. Wigod and I can truly say that it was life changing. The care, dedication, compassion, and skill from Dr. Wigod and his team were my saving grace, the light at the end of a long, difficult path. “Great Result”

I decided to get a consult and heard Dr. Wigod was one of the best in town. I got a fairly quick appointment and he explained the options. There were only two and one was less optimal. I went with his suggestion and a month later I had the surgery. I had extremely saggy breasts due to breastfeeding and after the surgery there is a significant improvement. Dr. Wigod was great at explaining the procedure, options, and putting my mind at ease. I would definitely work with him again.

“My expectations were exceeded”

Having been through the process of augmentation two times in the past, I wasn't nervous, but I did not know exactly what to expect since I was going to have my implants placed below the muscle this time. The pain was a little more intense following surgery, but the results prove that I did the right thing, and my expectations were certainly exceeded! I trusted Dr. Wigod in helping me make the decision about what size implants to use, and he did a great job in making my breasts look natural. If I ever need a plastic surgeon again, I would definitely use Dr. Wigod!

“AWESOME Results! Finally a flat tummy!”

41 yr old, Fleur de lis Tummy Tuck in February 2016 after major weight loss. In the past 7 years I've lost 135 lbs leaving a lot of extra skin. Dr. Wigod advised that a Fleur de lis abdominoplasty would work best to rebuild my abdominal muscles and remove the extra skin. The procedure was easy, I didn't have to spend a night in the hospital and was very comfortable recovering in my home. I'm thrilled with the results! I've been able to exercise on a regular basis and even wore a bikini in Las Vegas this year. Dr. Wigod has made a huge difference in both my lifestyle and confidence. He and his staff are very attentive and caring, and Dr. Wigod is very straight forward and explains every part of the procedure. I couldn't be happier with the results!

My only regret is that I didn't meet Dr. Wigod and his team sooner! The staff were so welcoming and reassuring during every visit and encounter.
Dr. Wigod was informative, cautious, and transparent with expectations and limitations. I have a clotting disorder which he paid appropriate attention to ensure my safety along with a great surgical experience. I was grateful he was willing to work with me despite my medical history when another surgeon in the area was unwilling to proceed. My post-op pain was minimal which I attribute to Dr. Wigod's surgical skills. I had several questions both before and after my surgery and office staff were so accommodating and understanding while addressing each concern - Thank you, Paige!!! It was such a great experience and I'm so happy with the care I received and the final cosmetic result! I can't say enough about how wonderful this whole experience has been. For any future cosmetic surgery needs, I won't consider going anywhere else!

First consultation went well but the pre-op appointment had me unsteady. I was afraid our communication was not getting across to each other accurately. I wanted to make sure the financial investment was going to leave me with the size I was wanting, With cc's and cup size not really relateable... I had no clue what the end result was going to be. Keep in mind I am emotional and tried to keep that in mind when analyzing my fears. Surgery day he was ABSOLUTELY fantastic (when I was conscious anyway). I am now a few weeks post-op and I could not be happier! It is the exact size I wanted, scars healing nicely, and just so relieved.

“Bilat. capsulectomy with breast augmentation”

Dr Wigod worked with me and was very informative about my contracture problem. He guided me on which new implants would have the best outcome for replacement. My old implants had been in for 27 years and the contractures made my breasts painful and deformed. He took his time in surgery and I'm sure had a very difficult time removing them. He replaced them and went a little bigger which at first I was leery about but I'm so glad he did! My breasts look PERFECT now and I couldn't be happier!

The most welcoming and friendly group of doctors and staff i have cam across. They helped me with my self again after having four kids and to feel more normal. From day one they listened to what i wanted and helped guide me to what i should do and how we needed to do and the steps it was going to take. I've never had a smoother surgery and healing process and will be coming back to them for more surgeries and have full trust in them, Thank you for all your hard work and being the best around !!
