My favorite thing about going to this psychological services office is the initial on boarding process for new patients. I liked that there was an initial appointment with a doctor who then matched you with a long term doctor based on each patients specific needs. Everyone was very nice and flexible with my work schedule. I am very happy with my experience here!

Dr. Saad actually listens and is extremely experienced and intuitive, she had my personality pegged within minutes of our session and knew exactly what my painpoints were. I very much liked the combination of eastern healing recommendations/referrals in addition to the talk therapy. It feels like an all encompassing mind/spirit therapy and healing session.

I met with Dr Saad a few months ago and I had a wonderful consultation with her, very efficient and constructive. Dr. Saad was great at giving lots of information in a short time period. She was very helpful in quickly coming to a consensus about what was going wrong in my life and how we would work to fix it. She has a different approach to most therapists that I believe will be beneficial to me as I continue to seek therapy. While I'm sad she can't be my permanent therapist, she is very good at setting you up with someone who will understand what you need and be able to work with you on your issues.

Dr. Saad has an amazing set of skills as a psychologist, which helped me in many ways. She not only is great at listening, she also gives great feedback and helps her patients develop a vocabulary for what they are going through. I will say it has been a life changing experience me, not in the sense that i have had a profound change in my life, mood, character or habits at all but in the way in which it added one of the most effective tools to my ways of dealing with my anxiety, depression and focusing issues. Qigong works! It works for everyone and has clear effects even just two movements into it. Most importantly it has severely healed my mind-body disconnect.

When I started to work with Dr Saad, I was on multiple medications for a diagnosis of Bipolar. I never in my life imagined that I could live without taking my medication - as I had been daily for the past 8 years. She did something that felt out of the ordinary for me, which was that she didn't judge or pathologize me. She sat me down and gently told me that I wasn't broken and that I could choose to see my sensitivity as a gift. She then introduced me to Qigong and acupuncture and the more time we worked together, the more I was able to really begin seeing myself through a loving and compassionate lens. I cannot believe that I was able to get off the medication. I feel beyond lucky that I had the chance to work with Dr Saad and I sincerely hope that more people have the chance to work with her too!

I met Dr. Saad for a consultation when I was first seeking therapy. I had no idea what to expect, but she was very warm and welcoming, and helped introduce me to the idea of therapy. It was a bit overwhelming emotionally for my first exposure to therapy, but a great first step. She then matched me with someone in her practice who I felt was incredibly helpful in guiding me towards my personal goals
