“Couldn't have been better - start to finish!”

Dr. McLelland and his staff were exceptionally efficient and concerned, explaining everything including finances in easily understood terms. The atmosphere was and is always caring and respectful and the treatment was comfortable and considerate. Despite the busy nature of the practice I felt as if my appointments were the only ones they had every time. They never felt rushed or unimportant. Wish every office could function this well!

“Impressed with you and your staff!”

I have spent many of my days with doctors and staff. I come from a medical family, have a director of nursing for a spouse, and have had many injuries in my life. You and your staffs willingness to stay late on a friday to address the injury of my daughter was exceptional. The personal treatment my family has received is exceptional, the doctors ability to comfort and listen to my 4yr old is amazing. I just wish more providers had the staff and desire to provide quality care. Thank you for taking care of my daughter.
