I was seen in a timely manner. The technician who ran the routine eye tests was excellent with instructions and explanations. When I met with Dr Berstein he had all the information. We have loved Berstein and his practice well more than 39 years. Given the inefficiency and access to him or office whether fir question or scheduling is beyond subpar and taken ( and many other Berstein fans) to point of just leaving his practice.
