I had a great experience during my process, I always trusted the doctor, He inspires so much confidence, and that helped me a lot on the day of my surgery. All the staff were incredibly kind, and the service was excellent. Jennifer was especially attentive. I’ve already started recommending the clinic and sharing how important it is to seek treatment, especially if you have strong symptoms like I did. If you’re feeling afraid, that’s completely normal. There will always be some fear, but I was more afraid of not getting treated, because that can be much more harmful. You have to trust the doctor, he truly knows what he’s doing. I had a lot of reliability in him, and thanks to God, my health has greatly improved.

My husband was also in treatment with another doctor, but he couldn’t go through with his surgery because he wasn’t treated well and that’s when I truly noticed the difference. With Dr. Lalezari and his team, I always felt supported and encouraged. Once, during the holiday season, I gained a little weight instead of losing, but they never made me feel bad about it. Instead, they motivated me to keep going. My husband, on the other hand, was scolded by his doctor for gaining. But Dr. Lalezari was always positive and understanding, he would tell me, “It’s okay if you gained a little; you still have time to get back on track.” And when I lost even one pound, he celebrated it with me, reminding me that every pound lost is a victory.
The staff was also incredibly kind and uplifting. The girls always encouraged me, It was truly a beautiful experience with Dr. Lalezari and all.
