Seeing Dr. McMonagle has given me a completely new outlook on how my own health care should be approached. She is patient, listens to all concerns with complete attention and gives thorough explanations as to what the treatment plan will entail. After dealing with digestive issues for twenty years, I not only feel amazing, but am in control of my own health. She didn't try to mask the symptoms as traditional practitioners have in the past; she got to the source and worked on fixing that. In addition to seeing her, I have also been treated by Christy with acupuncture for those same digestive issues with amazing results and Dr. Colling for problems with my hip so I can run again! I feel like I have a new team of coaches at LO Health Center who are helping me navigate my health to its optimal performance. Thank you!

I've been seeing Dr. Tucson Turner for 9 months so far, and has been the best experience I've had a Drs office. I've come in with several different problems and have felt heard and we've taken an approach that addresses the underlying issues and not medicating the symptoms. I've had some amazing breakthrough using pelvic floor therapy which has helped me daily. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. Dr. TT is the absolute best, she has such a passion for her patients and I couldn't imagine going somewhere else.

I've had the pleasure of going to the LOHC and seeing Dr. M (who is also wonderful!) for many years. Recently I started working with Dr. TT on pelvic floor work that has truly changed my life. I was in pain for 2 years and having limited mobility, terrible sleep, and couldn't get relief. I saw a PT and received massage and chiro work and it wasn't hitting the spot. After 1 visit with Dr. TT, I was on the way to recovery - it was a huge relief. Dr. TT is kind, open, and easy to talk to. She is SUPER knowledgeable with not only naturopathic practices, but very female focused in her approach, meeting you where you are and helping to truly assess your needs. I've even had to see her for a terrible head cold and sinus pressure and she didn't hesitate to jump in and work on a treatment plan. I highly recommend everyone at the LOHC!

“Wonderful result to a non-invasive procedure”

I was referred to Dr. Tuson-Turner by my physical therapist to deal with post surgical scar tissue. The scar was pulling and causing secondary issues as well as pain. Dr. Tuson-Turner suggested we start with prolozone therapy. After two treatments the scar tissue is negligible and the pain is gone. The other issues are healing since the scar tissue is gone. I highly recommend LOHC, Dr. Tuson-Turner and trying the non-invasive, body promoting healing therapies offered. It has given me back my health. Thank you.

I highly recommend seeing Dr. Colling! He helped completely ease by severe back pain in only 2 visits and then went on to help me strengthen my hamstring, hip and wrist from old high school injuries. What I like most about his practice is that he puts the power of healing in his patient's hands. Dr. Colling took the time to truly understand what was physically wrong/hurting me and after working on key areas a bit himself, he provided various stretches, exercises, and other techniques for me to practice on my own. Each exercise and stretch is so simple, yet I've had such amazing results. Pain I've felt for years has disappeared and with his help, I've been able to greatly improve other more permanent pains, such as my scoliosis. It's empowering to know that I can effectively heal my body and not have to rely on external factors (i.e. pain killers, surgery, braces) to feel my best or even just normal! I always look forward to coming to Lake Oswego Health Center. The care provided is unlike any experience,I have had in care. I always have time to speak to my provider, I have never felt rushed, and I am listened to, regarding my health and procedures. I feel like we are an actual team. I have had several procedures, from UV Ozone Therapy, to the Inferred Sauna, PRP, and regular check ups. Every staff member is kind, diligent, and wonderful in every area of the care they have provided to not only me, but my children as well.
