The Kyle Goldberg Turning Point Outpatient Program, which is operated by MidHudson Regional Hospital in a community-based setting, is a comprehensive not-for-profit chemical dependency treatment program that provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for drug and alcohol addiction, counseling, individual and group therapy, and other supportive interventions. All services are licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). The Turning Point Outpatient Program is a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), which is headquartered in Valhalla, New York and includes hospitals across seven campuses, 60 ambulatory care sites, nearly 13,500 employees and nearly 3,000 attending physicians.
