As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have practiced for over twenty years in a variety of settings. I enjoy working with are adults of any age, suffering with depression, stress and anxiety and mood disorders. For me the focus of therapy is to identify the roadblocks in your life and how to navigate them so that you can enjoy life again!
If you suffer from depression, stress, lack of energy or loss of motivation or have difficulty with concentration there are techniques that I can help you with. We will focus on you and your struggles, and will try to get things resolved in a short time as possible. You don't need to commit to therapy, just a visit with me to see if I may be able to help.
