In my search of ways to help others, I have come across a variety of modalities, techniques and practices, which embrace the wisdom of our body, emotions, heart and mind.
My therapy style is collaborative and relational, and is informed by a healing-oriented, attachment-based psychotherapy model called AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), with emphasis on mindfulness & compassion practices.
