Dr Kramer has been very supportive and very knowledgeable about my recurring kidney stones. I had great lab results this time and I’m not sure who was happier! He’s great at treating kidney stones and understanding the challenges associated, but he also understands the physiology behind the production of kidney stones and has advised me accordingly. After many years of uncertainty about the path forward now have clear direction.
My only concern with the urology office is lack of communication/return phone calls from his staff. I am hopeful that with implementation of the new portal this will no longer be an issue.
