“Very patient and understanding!”

I've never met another doctor as thorough and understanding as he is! Yes, there was a small wait time but all amazing doctors have wait times. His nurses are very informative and helpful. I live in Palmdale and drive miles to see him and his amazing staff because of the caring service I receive from them!

“Rachel Bak, observant, present, compassionate. Yea!”

I first saw Rachel Kay, MD, for a very serious skin condition I picked up while travelling in Egypt that two previous skin doctors had not been able to resolve. She listened, considered, was compassionate and practical in addressing how to move forward, and her first prescriptions worked immediately and were not expensive medications! One was even over the counter.

I now see her for the folds of fat that come with obesity, and the pre-cancerous problems that come with age. She's so fine!

“Excellent customer service and great care”

I accompanied my father for his visit to Dr. Kay to check out some spots on his skin.
We were impressed by great care provided by Dr. Kay and excellent customer service of the staff.
They even have an Ipod for interpretation with a real time translator in the room for people like my dad with limited English.
Office is very sparkling clean and beautiful.They very efficient, kind and helpful and even removed another skin bump (not the one we went in for) right on the spot .

Thank you Dr. Kay and the team!

“I love this Office”

My experience with Dr. Kay was Great! The nurse was gentle, I had earlobe repair surgery. My results are amazing you can not even tell I had gauges. The scar is very light and little. I love my results.
