Dr. Foont was recommended to me by my husband who had a very positive experience with her. He especially praised her bedside manner. The prep (which you painfully remember) and actual procedure (which you thankfully don’t) are overshadowed by Dr. Foont’s open, friendly and kind bedside manner. You feel like you can tell her anything (and you should if it’s relevant). She establishes a level of comfort in your consultation that helps relieve any residual fears you might have about a rather intimate procedure. And she carried my bags into the exam room which kinda touched me. That simple and humble gesture showed me that she had my back (pun intended). I’d give her 10/10.

I will admit that I have taken too long to get my first colonoscopy. It was overdue because of an irrational fear of the process meeting Dr. Julie Foont what’s the best possible thing that could’ve happened to me. She is warm, witty, professional, and pleasant.
