“Best shoulder surgeon in town!”

Look no further Dr. Lynch and his staff from the receptionist to the back office staff are amazing. Medical Assistant is so patient and helpful. I lost my insurance and she was quick to provide out of pocket estimates, or options for insurance purchases. Post surgery, she was quick to answer questions and provide advice. Dr. Lynch has amazing patient care, he called before and after surgery to check up. Before surgery it helped alleviate my anxiety and after surgery checked up on how I was doing

“Great Experience”

I have never had a surgeon care so much for me as a person. From the call the night before to the call the next day. I have been truly impressed with just how much he cares. My surgery was a success and happy with the outcomes.

“The best”

“Excellent M.D.”

I recently visited with Dr. Lynch and his team to address severe shoulder pain. Through a few different avenues we agreed shoulder surgery would best address the pain issue. The care, transparency, and time spent with me was outstanding. Dr. Lynch and his team were absolutely incredible. While I hope not to ever have shoulder surgery again, it’s good to know Dr. Lynch and his team are here in Boise. Thank you Shoulder Clinic of Idaho!

“Great/Personal/Caring service”

Dr. Lynch was very personable, personally calling me the night before my surgery, and then checking on me afterwards. He was very knowledgeable and clear with his decisions, and could explain why we were doing what we were doing. It was great to work with him at his office staff.

“I couldn't imagine better care”

I recently had shoulder replacement surgery with Dr. Joseph Lynch, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the friendly staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Lynch is incredibly knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond for his patients.

He personally called me after I texted him, and then followed up a few days later—during Thanksgiving week, no less! It’s rare to find a doctor so dedicated to their patients. Dr. L

“I would highly recommend Dr. Lynch and Treasure Vally Hospital. You won't be sorry!!”

My surgery was almost 3 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Lynch has a wonderful group. From the initial appointment with Michael Nieraeth--then Dr. Lynch--everyone I came in contact with was great. When you're searching for a surgeon you want the best. If you're lucky sometimes you also get someone who genuinely cares about your well being. With Dr. Lynch--you get both. The personal call the night before surgery and again after you are home is an example of that.

“Shoulder surgery repair”

Dr Lynch diagnosed my on-goung shoulder pain and explained how a shoulder repair would relieve the pain. He was straight forward while explaining the surgical procedure and the entire recovery process.
I am begining week two after the surgery and there have been no surprises. I will be in PT next week and am looking forward to my fully functional pain free shoulder.

I highly recommend Dr Lynch if you have shoulder issues. He is very personable too.

I am sincere grateful to Dr. Lynch & his staff for the exceptional care I received.
Throughout the entire process, he & his staff were incredibly attentive, thoroughly explaining every step of my procedures, which made me feel comfortable & confident. The surgery went well.
I am especially appreciative for Dr Lynches superb skills, infant knowledge, & superior precision in locating & repairing areas that did not show up on the initial MRI, addressing each site in one surgery. Thank you Dr Lynch
