“Not Impressed”
Recently had surgery at Johns Hopkins to remove a benign brain tumor. During each appointment with the doctor, both before and after surgery, Ms. Gottschalk was present. She speaks over everyone, including the patient and the doctor. This really caused confusion as not only would she speak over and interrupt what the doctor was saying, she would write-up orders on the discharge papers that weren't even discussed during the visit. She has the type of personality that comes across as bullish and she dismisses patient concerns w/no consideration. Some of these negative traits might be acceptable if they were over-shadowed by positive traits, but after four appointments so far, I have yet to find one. Unfortunately when I have to "rate my overall experience" I have to give at lease one star. If there were an option to select zero or even better, a negative number of stars, that's where I would be checking!
