My experience with Dr. JoAnn Hammer that she truly understands her position in the area of cochlear implants. She really goes through to make sure you understand it especially the first time. She knows it is so overwhelmed at first. One thing is the best when you needed help ...you can email her and she will communicate back when she finds the time. It is not a long wait. Glad to have her to help and support me when I needed her.
