Arrogant, Inexperienced

During patient care, Dr. Ramos showed a clear disdain to engage patients questions about
why he ordered a specific course of treatment. Dr. Ramos demonstrated a superb arrogance by
ignoring family members relaying medical history information.

Dr. Ramos demonstrated he was "Very busy" - Too busy, in-fact, to read patients post-op history of previous hospitalizations.

Dr. Ramos reversed himself on one coarse of patient care; Corrected another mistake at insistence of patients relatives. Another mistake in care was caught and corrected by another physician.

Dr. Ramos seems, in fear of being questioned, so intent on ignoring the very PRESENCE of patients parents that he could not discern patient was so un-cognizant as to not even remember his visit.

In short, Dr. Ramos unprofessional distractions and closed-mindedness make him a poor candidate to handle more than one patient at a time. He is unable to foresee implications of recent past history until this visibly, negatively affects patient. As he seems more comfortable talking to patients who are comatose with medications, or can not ask questions, Perhaps Dr. Ramos would find a better calling in the veterinary services.
