This is the second time I see Dr. Fisher. I saw him for the first time in 2018. I started having some ENT issues and so I made an appointment to see Dr. Fisher based on my last experience. He has an excellent bedside manner, he takes his time to listen to your concerns and conveys his diagnosis so it is easily understood. He also provides options for the patient with possible outcomes and next steps. I would recommend Dr. Fisher to anyone.

Dr Fisher and his staff cared for me and provided excellent medical treatment in the following ways:
1. Patient education for the steps before and after the procedure were clearly communicated.
2. Scheduling and office wait time were east and quick.
3. An emergency call I made to the office after hours, on a weekend ,was responded to by Dr Fisher without delay .4. Follow up through office staff was professional and caring.
5. The surgical procedure was successful in meeting our goals.

Have to startby thanking them for getting in me in on short notice, in the days leading up to Xmas.
Dr. McGettigan accepted me as a new patient during this past "covid summer" and has been nothing short of wonderful. I have suffered ear issues for a decade & received no real answers or a long term plan except "heres more antibiotocs". Dr. McG has me on a real path to recovery already.
I've literally broken my leg due to ear infections, so no joking matter.
I also have a hereditary condition that causes mutated blood vessels- this causes nose bleeds and more. Although I have a specialist at upenn, Dr.McGettigan makes sure to stay on top of my day to day issues and has consulted me on long term options too.
They usually have times that work with my schedule, and the office people are generally nice and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this doctor, he not only pays attention to every detail, but he is kind and explains things in an easy to understand manner. 5 stars!

As always, Dr McGettigan listens to my concerns and always explains his findings and plan. Also, 4 years ago after going to 3 other ENT doctors with ear fullness, tinnitus, I was told nothing was wrong. I felt hopeless and in much despair. I decided to try one more doctor which was Dr. McGettigan. He diagnosed me with TMJ. I didn’t present with the normal TMJ symptoms, but he was experienced and knowledgeable enough to diagnose me. For that I am forever grateful to him!

I had concerns because with my ringing in my ears from a 22 years career with US Army I started to develop a new symptoms and make me wonder if it was a serious health concern. After my visit with Dr. McGettigan I felt 100% asure that it wasn’t a thing to worry about. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and set me at ease. I was coming into see a Dr. McGettigan to get cleared for surgery - he was checking my vocal cords. This was our first visit but I felt as tho he treated me as one of his long time patients. He was extremely professional and friendly, asked me questions about past surgical history and even tho I was only there about my vocal chords, he also took the time to explain to me other things he was seeing. He walked me through everything and made sure I was clear on what he saw and next steps.

“Great Doctor and Staff, .caring,, accessible, competent professionals”

I had trauma to my right ear resulting in a painful infection. Dr McGettigan and his Staff got me in the same day I called the office. I was in a panic, I had a trip planned to see my grandchildren in Texas and was afraid the ear problem would negate my ability to fly. As I had not been able to see my family (due to COVID) for EIGHTEEN MONTHS... it meant the world to me...Everyone working in that office dedicated themselves to addressing and solving the problem. Dr McGettigan said, “ Don’t worry we’re going to get you on that plane!” It wasn’t easy, but they did it! I am so grateful to him and his entire office. I went for appointments three times and emailed questions and concerns countless times throughout my treatment. I was always met with kindness, concern and competent medical advice. Everything you dream of in a Doctor and Staff- in an age where I believed those expectations were a thing of the past. Many thanks to Dr McGettigan and his Team!!!
