“Best Therapy Session I've ever had!”
Jason was very down to earth and made me feel comfortable right away. Aside from his personality, he is extremely smart. I knew I was talking to a therapist, not a friend, but he was a therapist that made me feel safe and not like I was being judged. I have been dealing with my issues for well-over ten years and this was the first therapist that actually made me feel like I could begin to make progress and take control of my own life, instead of feeling like I just vented to a girlfriend for an hour. He was very honest and did not sugarcoat anything, but he was compassionate. Out of the multiple mental health providers I have seen, Jason was the first one who actually helped me make a first time realization that helped answer questions I have been struggling with since my early childhood. He did in one session, what others haven't been able to do for me in years. My only criticism is, he told me he wanted to see me weekly in the beginning. I went to make an appointment and he did not have anything available for months out. It was kind of discouraging to have finally met a therapist I feel like can actually make a difference for me to find out that I wasn't going to be able to continue my progress for at least another two months. With being so early in my treatment, I needed something more consistent.
