“She knows what she's doing”
I went to her because I had a completely torn rotator cuff. She explained to me the mechanics of the shoulder and how we would go about improving it. I am now back to golf and basketball. She makes an unpleasant and painful situation fun with her sharp wit. She's tough, but effective.
