My experience was this, if it's through worker's comp then good luck to you. He will try to rush you back work as soon as possible, and will not have your best interest first. He is loyal to whoever pays his paycheck which is your employer or employer's insurance which is obviously the same. He rushed me back only to re-injure myself. Did not listen to what my honest feedback and how I was improving. For you people who get injured at work, get a second opinion as soon as possible. I've read that you can do this through worker's comp (in case you don't have money to do so on your own). Lesson learned. Thanks Dr. Bernard Chapnick for NOT putting patients first. Made me waste a lot of time and money (since I am back to where I first was when i got injured). Bad position to be in.
