“Perfect dentist for those who fret about even going to a dentist”
Dr. Tsai has a wonderful bedside manner and obviously cares for his patients' health but, more important, he cares about them on a personal level. He has a tremendous staff and does excellent work. He's the perfect combination of direct and polite/pleasant. If you're like me and have anxiety about even going into a dentist's office, Dr. Tsai is the right doc for you. He's very cognizant of patients' anxiety and frequently asked how I was feeling during my dental work. But I was put at ease before even meeting him because of his professional, kind, and patient staff.
