My practice is founded on the principle that wellness is a journey that is unique to each individual. It is in the doctor-patient relationship that I honor each patient’s chosen path to the level of wellness they are seeking. Taking time to listen, I help patients along their path by teaching each person to understand the needs of the body in order to support innate healing. For many, simple lifestyle changes and a realization of the mind-body connection in daily life is the beginning step. Support is also provided through the many modalities of my practice including physical medicine techniques (hands-on healing), various techniques for inner mental and spiritual work, herbal medicines, nutritional supplements, IV nutrients and injections.
