Our outpatient labs offer a wide range of testing in hematology, chemistry, blood bank, microbiology, serology, pathology, cytology and urinalysis. Specialty tests requiring an appointment include glucose tolerance screening and paternity testing. To receive laboratory services, please bring the following: a patient test requisition from a healthcare professional requesting laboratory testing; a current insurance identification card (Medicare, Medicaid, or Private Insurance); and a current photo identification. Hillsdale Hospital Laboratory is accredited by Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program.
