The Henry Ford Endocrinology staff will create a personalized care plan with you and your primary care doctor to manage your condition effectively. Current research shows that most complications of diabetes can be delayed or prevented with a combination of diabetes education and positive lifestyle changes. We work closely with the Henry Ford Diabetes Education Center - Springport Road to ensure patients and family members have the information necessary to fully understand and manage diabetes.
