“amniotic fluid injections”
in December 2019 i had injections into my hip and shoulder to addrss unexplained hip pain and a rotator cuff tendon tear. i had been in pain for about 4 years and had tried several treatments,including PRP, bilateral rediofrequency neuroablatioin and such. nothing helped. i was not able to swim any longer, and driving became painful, since it was my right hip that hurt. sleep was very dificult.
over a period of severla months following the amniotic fluid injections, both areas of pain dminished. it was like a slow miracle. after 5 months i began to walk in the pool, then swim a few laps. hot tub therapy also helped. as i became stronger again, i finally went back to weight lifting again.
