“I was thrilled to have a doctor be so detailed.”

Pleasantly surprised because we didn’t know each other yet, I felt completely comfortable and felt she was detailed to the point I understood everything. I didn’t feel she was rushing me through the appointment. A breathe of fresh air.

“One of the best”

I can’t say enough about Mayuri. She has such a warm and caring demeanor, and extremely knowledgeable. She has a way of putting you to ease almost immediately. I was dreading getting established with a new healthcare provider, but she sure put my hesitations to rest. She’s awesome.

“Professional but personal.”

I'm sure it's just coincidence but have had to wait a considerable amount of time (over 45 minutes each visit) despite having an appointment. I was in for a visit on 6-10-21 & was to have labs done. They were out of BLUE top vials so I was rescheduled for 6-14-21 to complete blood work. After waiting almost 1 hour I was told that they were still out of BLUE top vials! I was sent to a different LAB to complete labs. I'm sure this will cost me extra which I find unacceptable. I love Mayuri Patel NP but think this office needs some training and re-education.
