Dr. K. always covers all items and tests; he is very thorough. The only complaints I have is multiple appts instead of covering all at once and the long wait times. I wouldn't mind the multiple appts so much if the wait wasn't so extensive. Never in earlier than an hr wait.

Really appreciate Dr. Kraucak's expertise. Good insights, great diagnostics, but often things feel rushed. After one test the doctor came in and told me things were fine. No explanation. Sometimes caring for and about patients seems to need a little more time than given. If there's not enough time to do that, maybe schedule a few less patients at a time? i would like to get reminders of my appointments thru texting. i like it that my Dr & my Practitioner spends time with me explaining & listening to my concerns. thank you. i like it that i can ask the iv tech & all the nurses any questions & they take time to answer me or find out the answers, i dont like being herded in & herded out. i like it that this staff is honest with me, too. 1 thing i dont really like is not being able to get ahold of my Dr or my Practitioner after hrs/open 4 days only

“Been seeing Dr. Kraucak for about 3 months and seeing improvements”

I like Dr. Kraucak's methods for treatment. He bases his decisions on the tests that are done and its easy to understand his recommendations. Also its nice that future test can be used to verify the the recommendations are working as expected. The only negative is that I have had to make lots of trips and each time I'm only here for 5 minutes.

Dr. Kraucak treats my symptoms instead of relying solely on statistical averages. In my opinion, his knowledge of holistic medicine has greatly improved my health. For example, he knows which supplements complement prescriptions, making them more effective. I am 61 years old and he is the best doctor I have ever had.
