I started working with Jason Bonner at the beginning of this year. I didn't know if therapy would work for me but I knew I needed to make a change. I felt very comfortable working with Jason and decided to follow his plan completely. It worked, I started to notice little changes in my life and before I knew it I had completely turned my life around with Jason's help. Its amazing to look back at the place I was in before therapy and to see just how far I have come. Jason gave me so many tools to use through out my life to have happy healthy relationships with my friends and family as well as techniques I can use in the moment to deal with my stress and anxiety.
